It's just going to prevent it from getting a bunch of mud and rock chips and stuff. And this does tend to kind of rust out on any type of truck so, kind of protecting that is gonna be nice. But also, if you're hauling stuff, we're not going to be throwing rocks and stuff back at whatever we're hauling. So it's going to keep everything back there safe as well. more

Today, we're going to be taking a look at the WeatherTech front custom-fit mud flaps. So these are going to either replace your existing mud flaps or just get some mud flaps onto your truck. Basically, what these are for is just to protect the truck from scratches and stuff like this. Once it starts to kind of chip away at the paint, whether it's right here or just along this door, eventually that'll start to rust away. And also if you have run boards and stuff, you don't really want to have rocks and everything coming up and chipping them up and stuff like that. So, this is mainly going to be for protection, especially if you start getting some wider tires and stuff like that, a little bit Navier or aggressive tires, it typically has a lot of room for rocks and stuff. more

Husky Liners Front Pair Molded Mud Flaps Review- Video
What's up everybody, Adam here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Husky Liners custom fit mud flaps. So, these are just gonna prevent your truck from getting any type of scratches, chips in the paint, and just dirtying up your truck whenever you're going down the road, this is gonna keep all that mud and stuff just from getting all over your truck. It does have a custom fit that screws it right into the pre-existing holes on your wheel wells, so, there's no drilling or anything required which is always a plus, it's gonna keep your truck clean and it's gonna keep your running boards clean as well. With these, what really kind of sets it apart, they're actually a little bit wider and a little bit longer than some of the other options that you may have, and what that helps with is with your lifted trucks, we're gonna have a little bit more length here, but also with some of the bigger tires. My dad got these tires and they're a lot bigger than the ones that came on the truck from the factory, so, they're a lot wider. more

Husky Liners Front and Rear Molded Mud Flaps Review- Video
Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Husky Liners mudflaps. So this kit's gonna come with both the driver and passenger side for the back, but also the driver and passenger side for the front as well. What's great for this is, especially if you have some of those wider tires or just knobby tires, like we have here, we're gonna start throwing rocks up and stuff, it's gonna start chipping away at our paint. And if we're hauling anything fun behind us, whether it's just mowers or even just a cool side-by-side, it's gonna start sparking rocks all the way back there and it's just gonna chip up everything. So just taking a little bit of time to install these, just to protect your truck and anything else behind you is definitely a no brainer for me. Both the front and the back are just gonna bolt right up to your OEM holes that are already there, they're already threaded. more

These are a custom fit, and the really nice thing about them is, as the name suggests, they're a no-drill application, so they should just bolt right on in minutes. Really easy to install, and they fit right along with that contour of your fender to give you a nice factory look. And that's going to help to protect your vehicles or anything that you're towing behind you from things like rocks and mud getting slung up, causing any damage to those other items or other drivers, so it keeps everybody protected and also helps keep your truck a little bit cleaner, as well.These are going to come with one for either side, and it also does come with the hardware to get those installed. We're going to get some machine screws, fender washers, and the Ford Tinnerman clips, so just these little clips that kind of create a nut for that bolt for the screws to go into. more
